Indian Wells is a quiet residential development having a mix of both vacation homes and permanent residents.

It is the most centrally located subdivision to the theme parks, just a 5 minute drive to the gates of either Disney World ® or Sea World ® and another 10 minutes to Universal Studios ®.

Rental homes in this area enjoy quick access to Hwy 535, the Osceola Parkway, Hwy 536, Hwy 417, Interstate 4 and International Drive.

You will also find US 192, packed with restaurants, bars and plenty of tourist attractions.

There is also lots of shopping, including the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets and a brand new Super Walmart ® just 1/2 mile away where you can pick up anything you might need.

Guests staying at our home will also have full use of the excellent community facilities at Indian Wells including the Community Pond, Picnic and Barbecue area, Playground, Tennis courts, Basketball court and large Community Swimming Pool  (up to 8 ft in depth) with changing rooms and facilities

Both the Community Swimming Pool and Tennis courts are keyed-access to limit the facilities just to Indian Wells residents and our guests. 

Tennis racquets and balls  can be loaned free-of-charge from our Management Company.
